.Shipping Policy — Lánbrí

All Lánbrí products are made to order. Because each item is individually produced, please allow for both a production time and a shipping time — these are separate stages.

Production time
Most orders are produced within 3–7 working days of payment being confirmed. Larger or bulk orders may take 7–15 working days. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping time
Once production is complete, delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 working days for Express shipping, or up to 25–30 working days if Standard shipping is selected. The available option depends on the product and destination, and will be shown at checkout.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, shipping method, and the items in your order.

Delays
While we aim to meet the timelines above, occasional delays can happen with manufacturing or couriers that are outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@lanbri.info and we'll look into it for you.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect or refund orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International orders
We ship internationally where available. For international orders, please ensure your contact phone number is accurate and up to date — this is required to confirm delivery details, and orders may be held or delayed without it.
