How long does production and manufacturing take?
All Lánbrí items are custom made to order upon payment confirmation. Standard orders take 3 to 7 working days to produce. Bulk orders require 7 to 15 working days.
What are your shipping options and timelines?
Once manufacturing is complete, transit times are as follows:
- Express Shipping: 5 to 7 working days.
- Standard Shipping: Up to 25 to 30 working days.
You will receive automated tracking information via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your updated return and cancellation policy?
14-Day Consumer Right of Return (UK & Ireland): You may cancel or return your order for any reason by notifying us within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notice in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition with original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Refunds cover the item cost and standard delivery fees.
What if my item arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted?
If your item is defective or misprinted, email support at lanbriteam@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will issue a free replacement or full refund (a physical return is usually not required).
Which items are non-returnable?
Custom or personalised products, worn/washed garments, and sealed hygiene items (underwear, swimwear, socks) once unsealed cannot be returned for change of mind.
How are payments processed and in what currency?
All transactions are securely processed via Stripe in GBP (£). Lánbrí is operated by YVESTEPDIGITAL in Northern Ireland, UK (sole trader, no VAT added).
